ITO Coatings specialises in the manufacture of ITO coated products, anti-reflective & special optical coatings.
Using ultra-modern vacuum coating technology, we offer an extensive range of ITO Coatings suitable for a broad variety of projects, including:
Custom DIAMOX ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) Coating
Deposited in a low temperature vacuum process, this transparent, highly conductive coating is available on plastic (including acrylic, polyester & polycarbonate and glass substrates. Our flexible substrate handling system enables us to coat flat, shaped and injection moulded parts. In addition to supplying fully machined plastic and glass parts, we can also coat free issue parts.
Available in sheet sizes ranging up to a maximum of 1000 mm x 1000 mm, this coating offers a sheet resistance range of 2.5 to 1500 ohms/square and may be etched to create fine conductor paths.

DIAMOX+ Index-Matched ITO (Indium Tin Oxide)
Boasting all characteristics of the DIAMOX coating, DIAMOX+ provides for index matched coatings and offers substantially improved light transmission in comparison to standard ITO Coatings.
This multi-layer coating combines layers of metal oxides & quartz, the thickness of which is controlled carefully to enhance transmission while suppressing unwanted reflection.
Currently available in sheet sizes ranging up to 1000 mm x 1000 mm, this coating is available for deposition onto polycarbonate, acrylic and glass substrates.
ITO Glass Sheet OLED Grade
Produced by an ion-modified magnetron sputtering process (onto polished glass) that creates surfaces suitable for deposition of ultra-thin subsequent layers, this smooth-surfaced indium tin oxide coated glass is suitable for many OLED-type applications.
Currently available types include:
- BO-X-20: 100 nm ITO coating on borosilicate glass (1.1 mm thick); sheet resistivity: 20 ohms/sq; transmittance: 550 nm of 84%
- SL-P-12: 135nm ITO coating on float glass (soda lime; 1.1 mm thick); sheet resistivity: 12 ohms/sq; transmittance: 550 nm of 86%
- SL-P-80: 25 nm ITO coating on float glass (soda lime; 1.1 mm thick); sheet resistivity: 80 ohms/sq; transmittance: 550 nm of 86%
Depending on type, this product is available in full size (up to 400 mm x 500 mm) sheets and precision-diced pieces (minimum size 10 mm x 10 mm).
Glass & ITO Cover Slips
We offer a full glass-type range and expert advice on the most suitable substrates for varying applications, incl. ITO Coverslips. Substrates include:
- BK7
- Borosilicate
- Fused Silica and
- Soda Lime (incl. toughened options)
Using state-of-the-art glass processing techniques, we can supply substrates that are:
- Profiled to customer requirements (i.e. with chamfers, holes & cut outs, radius, etc.)
- Fully dimensioned
- Polished to meet necessary flatness and optical requirements
We can also supply thermally and chemically toughened glass and offer additional enhancements including printed graphics or borders and anti-glare finishes.
